We provide free community resources including a Facebook group, free handouts, and a monthly newsletter. When you need specialized services, we connect you with trusted partners for web development, merchandise production, creative strategy, and more.

Q: Is North & Bloom a paid membership program?

No. At this time, we’ve transitioned to a free community model. We focus on supporting small business owners first and foremost, without paywalls.

Q: Who owns North & Bloom?

North & Bloom is led by a team of experienced entrepreneurs: Laurel Jenkins (Creative Strategist), Andrew Walker (Systems, Automation, SEO), and Dereck Sherrill (Shopify & Fulfillment Specialist).

Q: Do I need to be a boutique owner to join?

Not at all! While we understand boutiques deeply, North & Bloom serves all small business owners—makers, consultants, and micro-agencies included.

Q: If I need a website built, can you do that?

Yes! While North & Bloom itself doesn’t build websites, we’ll connect you directly to the KANSO creative, our trusted partner specializing in web design, SEO, and automation for small businesses.

Q: What about merchandise like branded hats or shirts?

We’ve partnered with Little River Customs, a custom leather and merchandise producer. When you need hats, shirts, or branded goods, we’ll refer you to them for high-quality, personalized service.

Q: Do you offer one-on-one consulting?

Yes. Depending on your needs, we can connect you with one of our partner consultants who specialize in retail strategy, systems automation, or growth planning.

Q: Do you host workshops or events?

Yes! We host free monthly workshops for small business owners. These sessions are designed to help you gain clarity, improve your systems, and grow sustainably.

Q: Will workshops be recorded?

Typically, yes. We understand small business owners are busy, so replays are often made available.

We primarily use Shopify for website management, Google Workspace for communication and collaboration, and are building toward a CRM for streamlined client support.

Q: Will you provide templates or downloadable tools?

Yes! As part of our free resources, we release checklists, templates, and guides to help you manage and grow your business with ease.
