At North & Bloom, our primary focus is on digital content and downloadable resources. However, if and when physical items are offered, here’s what you can expect:

All digital products (including downloads, templates, and video content) are delivered electronically.

  • You will receive access immediately after purchase via email or account download.
  • No shipping is required.
  • If you experience delays or access issues, please contact us at info@northandbloomco.com.

🚚 Physical Products (If Applicable)

If we offer physical products in the future:

  • Orders will be processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.


❗ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once a package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or items marked as delivered but not received.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
